Laiya Moniak

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, UT, into a family dynamic with a mother who suffered from extreme mental illness created Laiya’s own panic, anxiety, and addiction issues. Later in life her victory over panic and anxiety without the use of prescription drugs, became the foundation for two decades of assisting others in overcoming their personal demons and realizing their potential.

Laiya’s lifetime relationship with Body Building, Skiing, Yoga, Nutrition, and Reiki  developed a deep understanding of how the Mind~Body connection works, and what’s possible when self-discipline is developed and supported.

Using her own journey as the foundation for helping people better understand themselves more functionally, and utilizing the options available to them for personal growth and achievement is what people absolutely Love about Laiya.

Her entrepreneurial spirit includes; owning her own business for 15 years, 12 years of sales (5 of which as a national sales trainer), most recently a 10 year career as a personal effectiveness consultant and teacher.

Barry Moniak

Raised in Orange County, CA, Barry experienced being the wrong shade of white. His parents grew up in Brooklyn, NY, and had no idea they were planting roots in the heart of the John Birch Society, an extremely anti-Semitic group. At 3 years old, Barry remembers the Star of David being burnt on their front lawn in hopes of scaring the Jews away.

Barry’s long term relationship with Martial Arts, Yoga, Philosophy, and Ski Instruction have shaped his capacity for understanding fear, peoples learning styles, and developing a language for effective communication and interaction.

Diversity became Barry’s cornerstone for three decades of work with people in business to better understand, communicate and function more cohesively and productively. Whether it is just two people, or hundreds working together, Barry’s focus is always on team effectiveness.

Barry’s entrepreneurial spirit includes owning and operating; a health foods store, 3 construction companies, a national business valuation and listing company, and most recently a speaking and consulting firm.
