What makes a law universal is that it is impartial and unbiased. (Just like the Law of Gravity.) Whether you realize it or not we are always creating our realities. Whether we are conscious or unconscious we are still creating everything we have - by law of attraction.

3NOURISH
Together we'll examine your diet to find out what is working and what isn't. Then I'll suggest some possibilities to consider; perhaps nutritional supplements and dietary changes may be in order. But our main focus will be getting the proper nourishment for your mind that will give you the experience of increased energy and regeneration right away.

4MOVE
You can have a fabulous body however, you need to get moving! We humans get stiff and sore, carry extra fat, and age prematurely when we don't move. I think it's crazy to let that happen when it is so easy to get extra movement into our daily routines. I'll teach you a bunch of ways to move, shake, and stretch your body and mind so you get to enjoy life fully without the aches and pains associated with sedentary lifestyles!
