Phone & email: In the privacy of your home or office, in four 60 minute private phone sessions each month we'll go straight to work exercising your body and mind. We'll begin undoing pervasive habits, creating new internal scripts and possibilities, and making important lifestyle changes that will make a profound immediate difference.

With your one month agreement I'll be 'on call' if you get stuck and need to ask a question, or if you want to share a success that just can't wait. I also offer email communication and support between sessions.

Extra Value: When you commit to a full month of coaching, you'll also have the option to phone in and join my Thursday morning Oxyfitness workout. (7:00 AM - MST) Just roll out of bed and practice a routine that will start your day the right way! No need to shower, dress or even brush your teeth. You can exercise in your PJ'S (or birthday suit.) You won't find this kind of workout anywhere else and the results will astound you!

Coaching A' la carte: this is an option for 'people on the go' who want to get started but are not ready to commit to a full month of coaching yet. It's also a neat way to try out coaching for first-timers.

Fees vary from $220 for one time coaching sessions to $980 for a full month of empowering support with discounts available when you commit to working 4 months or longer.
